About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our community admin team as a Receptionist/Admin Support Officer. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will provide a professional welcome and ensure that staff and guests receive a warm and efficient service.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive reception services, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and distributing post.
- Support the checking-in process for Sirona patients.
- Act as the point of contact for facilities issues, liaising with building security to report faults and completing weekly building checks.
- Deal with all queries, either via telephone or face-to-face, promptly and efficiently to ensure an accurate and quality service is provided.
- Send letters by email or post.
- Provide administrative support to teams as needed.
