NARS Resident Senior Artist - Harrods, London

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Senior Artist to join our team at Harrods, London. As a key member of our counter management team, you will play a vital role in delivering a successful business through the motivation and engagement of your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop external partnerships to reach new customer bases.
  • Build and implement counter event strategies and activity plans focused on new product launches and core focus areas.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, department store managers, and external businesses for events and collaborations.
  • Represent the NARS brand as a brand ambassador through image, artistry, passion, and performance.
  • Manage virtual tools and services available to customers, including consultations, online masterclasses, and social media communication.
  • Lead team meetings and conduct artistry/service-driven workshops based on store-specific training needs.
  • Develop in-store artists on their artistry, product knowledge, and application techniques.
  • Support management in identifying service and artistry development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading from the front in excellence in performance to target and an elevated level of artistry and service.
  • Demonstrated growth of appointment business in store.
  • Experience of leading an event/outreach strategy with proven results.
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of coaching and people development.
  • Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts.
