Key Responsibilities:

  • Support: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and coach store teams.
  • Lead Projects: Drive region-specific initiatives and projects.
  • Cover: Provide support to Regional and Store Managers as needed.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee operations, including financials, stock, and people policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven retail management in a multi-site environment, preferably with outdoor, apparel, or footwear experience.
  • Skills: Strong background in KPIs, budgeting, and team development.
