Job Summary:

1st Choice Rec is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Letting Negotiator to join their expanding team. As a key member of the property sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing the property sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Property Listings: List new properties for sale, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Schedule and lead property viewings, providing potential buyers with detailed information and addressing any queries.
  • Deal Negotiations: Work to secure the best possible deals for both buyers and sellers, negotiating terms that align with client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Handle inquiries from potential buyers, manage client databases, and maintain regular communication.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads and winning new instructions.
  • Market Appraisals: Provide accurate and well-researched market appraisals for residential properties.
  • Sales Progress: Monitor sales progress, liaising with all parties to ensure timely completions.
  • Property Marketing: Promote properties through various marketing channels.
  • Instruction Management: Oversee the management of property instructions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in selling residential property or in a similar industry.
  • Valuation and Listing: Experience in valuing and listing residential properties.
  • Property Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the residential property selling process.
  • Teamwork: Experience working within a team-oriented environment.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Compliance: Understanding of compliance requirements.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT and computer skills.
