Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at 1st Choice Rec. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with B2B customers to address product inquiries, provide quotations, and secure orders.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads through phone, email, and online communication.
  • Outbound Sales: Handle outbound leads with a focus on quality over quantity, making approximately 5 high-quality calls or communications per day to both existing and potential new customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their future purchasing needs and enhance customer rapport.
  • Database Management: Keep the customer database updated with the latest information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales or account management.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and outgoing personality with superior communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Software Experience: Experience with Sage or similar software is preferred but not essential.
