Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with B2B customers to address product inquiries, provide quotations, and secure orders.
- Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads through phone, email, and online communication.
- Outbound Sales: Handle outbound leads with a focus on quality over quantity, making approximately 5 high-quality calls or communications per day to both existing and potential new customers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their future purchasing needs and enhance customer rapport.

Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales or account management.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Confident and outgoing personality with superior communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
