Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a close-knit team
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
