Care Home Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Barking Hall. As a CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the home meets CQC standards and maintains a Good rating
* Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and governance
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
* Proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage finances
* Experience in a nursing home setting and ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment
