Job Description
We are looking to recruit a weekend practitioner who will observe supervised and supported family time at our Child Contact Centre. This is a NACCC accredited service supporting children and families to build positive relationships even when they do not live together.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and support family time in a safe and neutral environment
- Work closely and non-judgementally with other people, showing an understanding of boundaries and a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory working
- Provide clear, written information to all parties involved
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
