### Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Lead

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nurses in the delivery of person-centred care.

### Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
* Complete and maintain residents' care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
* Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary
* Lead a team of nurses in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating
* Deliver quality clinical and person-first assessments
* Have a good working knowledge of CQC standards
