Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at New Forest Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and execute business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business improvement.
