Job Title: Aerospace Safety Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the civils sector. The successful candidate will have a background in civils, water, or rail and will be responsible for managing a team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure compliance with regulations
  2. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  3. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  4. Monitor and report on health and safety performance
  5. Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business

Requirements:

  1. NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent
  2. CEnv or equivalent
  3. Background in civils, water, or rail sectors
  4. Experience managing a team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
