- Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to GDPR and the Data Governance Framework.
- Manage data controller registrations with the Information Commissioners' Office and oversee end-to-end processes for data subject access requests (DSARs).
- Develop and maintain current, risk-based, and effective Data Protection policies and procedures, and assist in creating training materials and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct robust Data Risk Assurance to monitor policy effectiveness, review Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and support the review of data protection clauses in contracts.
