Position Summary

As a Warehouse Operations Associate at Deliveroo HOP, you will be integral to supporting the Site Management team in achieving optimal performance across our delivery locations. Your tasks will encompass efficiently selecting orders, ensuring precise inventory management, and adhering to health and safety protocols. Additionally, you will play a part in fostering a collaborative work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Primary Duties

  • Accurately and swiftly select orders
  • Ensure product integrity and comply with packaging regulations
  • Restock items effectively while following merchandising standards
  • Assist with unloading shipments and managing inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace
  • Engage in clear communication with team members and external contacts

Qualifications

  • No previous experience necessary, though a proactive approach is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese/Chinese
  • Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
