Job Title: Head of Environment, Health, and Safety

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead our HSE function and drive a culture of excellence across our operations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating HSE activities across the organization
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
  • Leading incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
