About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Product Manager to lead our compliance transformation efforts in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our Product Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our compliance strategy, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our compliance strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to deliver compliance projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our products and services are compliant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compliance product management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working with cloud-based services and SaaS/PaaS providers.
  • Experience of operational process improvements and driving continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
