Are you a seasoned Product Manager looking to take on a new challenge in the financial compliance domain? We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Compliance Manager to join our team at Edenred PayTech.

As a Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compliance solutions that meet the evolving regulatory landscape in the UK and Europe. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, robust, and secure solutions that maximize business value.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining compliance roadmaps and backlogs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to capture business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Managing a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful project delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement and operational process enhancements

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of delivering successful projects against regulatory deadlines. You will have experience in the financial compliance domain, ideally covering processes and tools related to transaction monitoring, screening, case management, and KYC. A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is also essential.

As a Product Compliance Manager at Edenred PayTech, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of financial programs, including fintech challenger banks, travel products, fuel products, employee benefits, and retail gifting. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where key objectives include delivering compliance solutions that meet regulatory requirements, driving financial crime operational efficiencies, and addressing regulatory reporting and audit demands.
