Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8 Pharmacist to join our team on a locum basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to work independently in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • At least six months of experience in a UK-based pharmacy setting
  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Clinical diploma (desired but not essential)
