We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Operations Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our export operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of air exports from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage air export operations, including customs entries and quoting customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in export operations, with a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in PC software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies

Working Hours:

This role will be working on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, providing a unique opportunity for those who prefer a non-traditional working schedule.
