### Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Croydon

### Job Description:

Tradewind is partnering with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Croydon to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a student with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Work one-to-one with a student in KS1 or KS2
* Develop and lead intervention sessions for students with special educational needs
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor student progress and follow their individualized education plans

### Requirements:

* Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting
* Strong understanding of supporting students with autism
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks required
* Your CV should cover the last 10 years of employment history, with any employment breaks explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
