  • Venue Maintenance: Uphold the venue's environment and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and comfortable, in line with brand standards.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the overall customer journey, including hosting duties, addressing complaints, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor the office team to achieve efficient sales and seamless collaboration with catering partners.
  • Financial Management: Collect, allocate, and submit supplier invoices to the Accounts Manager promptly for month-end accounting and auditing.
  • Compliance Liaison: Work with the Property Manager to ensure that building and site compliance is consistently maintained.
Additional Information

This role offers approximately 23 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, with the potential for contract extension.
