Director of Finance

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enterprising and ambitious finance leader to join our brilliant and talented team at RecruitmentRevolution. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own financial operations across all UK legal entities, overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and operational finance.
  • Take on a varied scope, from managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and credit control, to ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team and provide crucial insights to the VP of Finance EMEA and the US finance team.
  • Participate in growth opportunities, taking on stretch projects and coaching programs that fuel your career and contribute to our vision.
Requirements:
  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA-qualified finance leader with hands-on technical accounting expertise.
  • Known for building trust with non-finance colleagues and bringing clarity and accountability to financial processes.
  • ERP & Systems Savvy: Ideally experienced with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and knowledgeable in financial systems development.
  • Cultural Fit: You'll feel at home in a complex, fast-growing technology or gaming business.
