Job Title: Sales Consultant- Trainee and Experienced

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team at Blue Moon Estate Sales of Lexington and Louisville. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and new opportunities, working closely with accounts to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, and exceeding growth and turnover expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and new opportunities through self-driven efforts and client relationships
  • Work closely with accounts to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive business growth
  • Project manage from print to installation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Be held accountable for achieving sales targets and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Self-driven and able to generate leads and new opportunities
  • Confident in client-facing roles, over the telephone, and via email
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Familiarity with production processes and ability to accurately translate information/brief from clients
  • Ability to project manage from print to installation
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Ideal location within 1 hour's travel to the office
  • Personable character with ambition, well-presented, and honest
