Part-time Assistant Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-time Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This role is ideal for someone with good all-round experience in supporting the delivery of excellent standards of Facilities services who is looking for a shorter working week.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the Head of Facilities based in the London Head office, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Facilities services, including Health and Safety, day-to-day tasks, and project management.
  • You will have recent appropriate prior experience of a similar role, including a solid understanding of Health and Safety, familiarity working in a "hands-on" environment, and comfort dealing with day-to-day tasks.
  • Some exposure to project management, with a keen interest in taking on more responsibility when supported by the Head of Facilities, is essential.
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities are also required.
