About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Anchor. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our locations are clean, pleasant, and safe for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that cleaning products are used effectively and in accordance with instructions and health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including communal spaces and customer homes.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
