About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to colleagues, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a clinical delivery model that promotes trauma-informed care and supports the growth of secondary care services in Bury.
- Provide consultation, reflective practice, and supervision to colleagues, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote a psychologically healthy system.
- Support and lead the team through change, using a trauma-informed framework to ensure a smooth transition.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist with excellent consultation and communication skills. You will have experience of offering different therapeutic modalities and a desire to support and lead a team through change using a trauma-informed framework.
