Are you a seasoned Marketing Professional with a passion for growth and innovation? Do you have a proven track record of leading Marketing Departments to deliver results? We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Fixed-Fee Placements.

About the Role

We're a leading industry manufacturer, committed to sustainability and excellence. Our Marketing Department plays a crucial role in driving profit and promoting our products and services through coordinated marketing campaigns, active research, and data development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and materials
  • Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns and events
  • Write and proofread materials for online and print campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and brand awareness/ROI
  • Network with suppliers, partners, and other professionals
  • Lead on the development of the brand identity and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
  • Produce content and collateral that supports the sales team and their customers
  • Engage in team planning sessions and present updates on project progress
