About the Role

Barry Callebaut, a leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to spearhead the company's digital transformation journey. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the company's marketing processes with cutting-edge technology and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to identify opportunities for digital enhancements and prioritize digital initiatives and requirements.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of digital marketing products and innovations that meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Champion the integration of data-centric, digital technologies and practices within the marketing processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead a global team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, operational excellence, and diversity.
About You
  • Graduate degree in IT/technology, business administration, management, marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Deep understanding of marketing processes, including marketing automation, content management, and web from a business and digital perspective, including related digital trends.
  • Experience with marketing-related technology and products, e.g., Salesforce, Drupal.
  • Proven track record of managing a mix of internal and external teams or freelancers and leading through digital transformation.
  • Experience in the consumer goods and food industry is a plus.
  • Proven understanding of financial aspects and the ability to effectively manage a budget.
  • The ability to bring people together and mobilize individuals to pursue a joint digital agenda.
