Product Management Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to join our team at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG. As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product strategies, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that impact our product offerings.
- Range Planning: Plan and manage the development of new products and product lines, ensuring that they meet our quality and performance standards.
- Price and Promotion Parameters: Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Key Selling Points and Segmentation/Targeting: Identify and develop key selling points and segmentation/targeting strategies that differentiate our products in the market.
- Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing plans that support our product strategies and drive business growth.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate our products and drive market share growth.
- Product Launch Strategies: Develop and implement product launch strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Product Management Activity: Develop and implement product management activities that drive sales and revenue growth, including sales training, stock profiling, and pricing.
Requirements:
- CIM Level 6 Qualified: Hold a CIM Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
- Marketing or Business Degree: Hold a marketing or business degree or equivalent.
- GCSEs: Hold 3 GCSEs including Maths and English.
