Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the studio's operations, including kiln loading and firing, clay recycling, and glazing techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality service for students and parents, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Pottery and Adult Education Manager to achieve studio goals and objectives.
  • Teach classes and workshops, sharing your expertise and passion for ceramics with our community.
About You

We are looking for a trained Ceramics professional with relevant experience in running and maintaining a pottery studio. You will have a strong understanding of studio organization, health and safety, and customer service.

As a Ceramics Studio Manager, you will be proud to see the implementation of your efforts and organization, maintaining high standards within the studio.
