Business Development Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisors to join our team at Thrive Group.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £21,000-£25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
- A range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including 08:45-17:30, 10:45-19:00, or 20:00.
