Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a friendly and professional reception service to visitors and clients
* Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
* Manage meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for meetings
* Assist with project-related tasks
* Order courier and taxis
* Manage the centralised company email inbox

Requirements:

* Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent
* Office-based experience and customer service skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Well-presented and professional
* Strong team player with a willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Clear, confident, and polite telephone manner
* Flexible and willing to tackle a variety of duties
* Reliable and organized
