Job Title: Digital & Marketing Executive

The Digital & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in the Marketing Team, driving the development and execution of lifecycle, triggered, and automated omni-channel campaigns using email, SMS, content, and social media.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage lifecycle, triggered, and automated omni-channel campaigns to drive occupancy, build brand awareness, and improve community engagement.
  • Identify and create campaigns to drive enquiries using CRM-logged B2B and B2C customer data, leveraging segmentation to focus on key areas.
  • Build and deliver a test and optimise programme to continuously improve knowledge and insight about campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain email and SMS communications to key audiences.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create and suggest content to support campaigns and email newsletters.
  • Work with the wider team to define and understand core segments and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities within CRM data to improve lead generation and conversion across all channels.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs, providing feedback on issues and areas for improvement.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in planning and delivering regional marketing activity focused on priority homes.
  • Drive enquiries from affiliate broker sites, ensuring each entry positively reflects each home.
  • Conduct ad hoc customer insight research to inform targeting and campaigns.
  • Liaise with agencies in a professional manner, ensuring all materials produced meet brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to broader planning of activity to promote visibility of care homes in their local community.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to capitalise on internal initiatives, communicating these to relevant audiences.
Selection Criteria:
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns for healthcare or using CRM data.
  • Previous experience with digital, email, or SMS marketing tools.
  • Experience creating campaigns based on CRM-driven data.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and WordPress.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly able to write engagingly for various audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Full clean driving licence.
