Job Title: Provisioning Agent

Join our team as a Provisioning Agent and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be responsible for provisioning new services for customers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process provisioning activities, including lines and connectivity, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Submit number ports and perform associated administrative tasks to ensure smooth service provisioning.
  • Manage and process additional work requests using our ticket-based CRM system.
  • Liaise and coordinate with carriers and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support and maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service provisioning.
  • Update and maintain provisioning documentation and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide regular communication and support to customers via email and telephone.
Requirements:
  • Interest in current industry trends for the Internet, Telecoms, and IT industries.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good attention to detail and level of accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
