Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for residents
  • Collecting tenancy agreement/approval forms and maintaining accurate records
  • Visiting residents in their homes to advise them on work schedules and progress
  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents and resolving any issues or queries they may have
  • Establishing working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
  • Visiting empty houses to advise potential tenants on completion dates and provide information on the refurbishment process
  • Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed of works being carried out
