Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Support Specialist. As a key member of our Advice Delivery Team, you will provide full support to our Paraplanners in conducting research and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Letter of Authority (LOA) Management
    • Send LOAs to providers and monitor progress of recent LOA submissions and obtain plan information.
  • Research and Data Collection
    • Provide high-quality research and administrative support to the Paraplanners by contacting providers to obtain and compile accurate policy information.
    • Record policy information accurately into Provider Information Forms and Curo.
    • Undertake research for asset allocation on existing client portfolios using FE Analytics and our in-house research tools.
    • Undertake whole-of-market research for protection and annuity quotes.
    • Prepare pension illustrations.
    • Conduct pension transfer analysis using SelectaPension.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Speak regularly with advisers, Paraplanners, and CSAs to keep them up to date with advice in the pipeline.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
