About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team at Brewin Dolphin. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners and administration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, including preparing client review and new client meetings.
  • Facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional client service under the guidance of Financial Advisers/Financial Planners.

Requirements

  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
