We are seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health difficulties, neurological difficulties, neurodivergence, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental health difficulties, neurological difficulties, neurodivergence, and learning disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to manage risk in the context of clinical presentations.
- Participate in audits and evaluations to ensure the quality of our services.
- Upper second-class honours degree or higher in psychology.
- Graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
- Experience working as an Assistant Psychologist in a mental health setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with mental health difficulties, neurological difficulties, neurodivergence, and learning disabilities.
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
