Job Title: Consultant Clinical Counselling Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a Consultant Clinical Counselling Psychologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, accessible, and inclusive psychological service for individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical supervision and case management to team members
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed practice within the team and wider services
  • Offer evidence-based psychological and psychosocial interventions to address the complexities of the population
  • Collaborate with the National Psychology Lead for regular clinical supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality psychological service that meets the needs of the population
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
  • Contribute to the development of trauma-informed practice within the team and wider services
  • Collaborate with the National Psychology Lead for regular clinical supervision

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
  • Experience in delivering psychological services to individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use
  • Ability to develop and implement trauma-informed practice
  • Excellent clinical supervision and case management skills
