The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome, and providing personalized service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and efficient welcome to all guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Deal efficiently with guest enquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Make reservations and process financial procedures with accuracy and security.
  • Adhere to all department standards of performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel front desk experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of reservations systems software is an advantage.
