**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Front Office Manager whilst ensuring that best customer service is provided at all time and Hotel Reception is maintained in line with The Lensbury standards and policies.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to resolve them satisfactorily
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available contracted hours Full-Time 40h and Part—Time 16h per week
