Neonatal Nurse Position Overview

HG Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Neonatal Nurse to provide exceptional care for newborns, especially those who are premature or facing health challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver specialized nursing care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and continuous monitoring of neonates.
  • Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
  • Support the growth and development of infants while offering guidance to their families.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse status with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • At least six months of recent experience in a Neonatal care setting.
  • Advanced training or relevant experience in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Strong clinical expertise and familiarity with best nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or readiness to complete a DBS check.
  • Completion of essential training such as BLS and Infection Control.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: £22.00-£46.00 per hour

Expected Hours: per week

Schedule: Various shifts including 10-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts, with availability on weekends and weekdays.

Application Requirement: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Neonatal Nurse role.

Licenses/Certifications: Right to Work in the UK, NMC Pin required.

Work Location: In-person role.
