About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Handover Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team at a prominent dealership. This position is integral to ensuring a seamless transition for customers receiving their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Handover Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Monitoring all vehicle orders through various departments until the handover process is complete.
- Keeping customers updated on collection schedules.
- Demonstrating vehicle features to customers prior to their departure.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate departments.
- Maintaining communication with customers post-handover to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilizing internal systems to gather positive feedback after each handover.
- Overseeing the preparation of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards before handover.
- Verifying all paperwork with customers, including vehicle specifications and financial documents.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, hold a valid UK manual driving license with minimal points, and reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with a sales component, is essential. Organizational skills and the ability to manage a scheduling system are crucial, as is the capability to engage customers with enthusiasm about the brand.
Desirable Qualifications:
