About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join a leading international Legal 500 law firm as a Regulatory Solicitor - Healthcare & Professional Discipline.

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, internationally recognised Legal 500 law firm known for providing specialist, high-quality legal advice to a wide range of private and healthcare clients.

Globally acclaimed for its exceptional client care and top-tier legal expertise, the firm is expanding its Healthcare Regulatory Team. They are seeking an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside their established team, handling a variety of regulatory cases, including disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations
  • Supervise team members and occasionally provide training to clients
  • Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service to clients
  • Handle a variety of regulatory cases, including disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years PQE
  • Experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters, particularly in Fitness to Practise
  • Previous exposure to advocacy is essential
  • Ability to manage a caseload ranging from straightforward to complex matters
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory market
  • Excellent technical and organisational skills
  • Pragmatic and methodical approach to handling cases
  • Commercial perspective in addressing legal issues
  • Highly client-focused
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor, coach, and supervise less experienced team members
