Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at THE PIG Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring a creative and efficient service is provided to our guests.
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of classic cocktails and modern twists, with a focus on using locally sourced ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the bar team to create innovative cocktails and drinks menus.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
