Vetro Recruitment is seeking a caring and passionate Support Professional to join a Residential Service for Adults with Complex Needs in Honiton, Devon.

As a Support Professional, you will work closely with the team to provide specialist support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and encouraging them to make their own choices.

The service is located in Honiton, Devon, and supports adults aged 18+. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the service users, following care plans, and taking them out into the community.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must have some knowledge of British Sign Language.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to provide personal care.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £24,793- £26,083 (plus sleeps) + plenty of overtime available, paid at time and a half.
  • Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week + 2 sleeps per week.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Shifts: 2 on 4 off shift pattern.
