- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the quality of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest dementia care practices and research.
- Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Previous experience working with clients with dementia in a care home setting is essential.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with dementia.
- Medication Management certificate is required.
- Nice to have MAPA/PMVA or CPI certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules.
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and recovery principles is preferred.
- Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
- Must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
