Job Title: Nuclear Decommissioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Decommissioning Specialist to join our team at Rullion Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in a scientific or engineering-based subject and/or relevant experience in the field of nuclear decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of radiological sampling technical requirements, including DQO methodology and sampling plans.
  • Practical knowledge of the characterisation lifecycle, including sampling methods, preservation of radionuclides, and storage.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of characterisation for non-radiological contaminants, including asbestos.
  • Multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet changing needs and project deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret and critically evaluate Health Physics data.
