About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Transport Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and respectful transportation to patients in need
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional quality care
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication skills, including IT ability
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
