About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transportation services, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
