Mental Health Transport Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK Ltd. As a Mental Health Transport Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation to patients in need of mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to and from mental health facilities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care and transportation services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care and patient transportation.
Requirements:
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to work as part of a team.
